Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and complaints
Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations
Promote a positive employee experience through proactive engagement and conflict resolution
Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, or conduct issues
Document findings, maintain confidentiality, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour)
Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and management to resolve complex employee relations matters
Identify trends and recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Support training initiatives related to workplace conduct, policy awareness, and leadership best practices
Assist with the development, communication, and interpretation of HR policies
Ensure consistent application of policies across departments and locations
Maintain accurate records and case documentation in HR systems
