Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and complaints
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations
  • Promote a positive employee experience through proactive engagement and conflict resolution
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, or conduct issues
  • Document findings, maintain confidentiality, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and management to resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Identify trends and recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support training initiatives related to workplace conduct, policy awareness, and leadership best practices
  • Assist with the development, communication, and interpretation of HR policies
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across departments and locations
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation in HR systems
