About The Position

Fidelity Personal Trust Company, FSB (FPTC) is looking for an energetic professional to join its team as an Associate Regional Trust Specialist (ARTS)! In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing business into FPTC and supporting Fidelity’s high net worth clients in all fifty states. This role can work out of Merrimack, New Hampshire or Smithfield, Rhode Island. In this role, you will be: Educating Fidelity associates and trust grantors about FPTC’s services and guiding them as they decide whether to name FPTC as successor trustee for their trust Reviewing trusts to ensure that they meet FTPC's current acceptance standards Working with FPTC’s Regional Trust Specialists to collect required documentation and information to successfully onboard new and existing trusts in compliance with our policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven record of working with trusts
• Ability to read complex trust documents
• Solid understanding of personal and trust taxation, fiduciary law, and estate planning
• College degree or equivalent experience with 5 years related work experience
• Ability to explain and present sophisticated information clearly and concisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and balance multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
• Strong team orientation and ability to function as a standout colleague

Nice To Haves

• Paralegal certificate or CTFA designation
