Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
- Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
- Actively source and maintain talent pipelines to attract quality candidates.
- Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training and job skills.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
- Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
