About The Position

The Associate Recruiter plays a key role in shaping and strengthening Crexi’s culture and success by identifying candidates who align with the company’s mission. This position contributes to the Crexi’s revenue growth goals and collaborates closely with Intelligence and Pro hiring managers to find the best talent for revenue-focused roles.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience successfully recruiting, agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, TalentHub, etc.).
  • Self-starter who independently owns their own success metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to provide clear and concise insights to the hiring team.
  • Responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver.
  • Strong and efficient teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills and an ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Exceptional attitude that takes a problem-solving approach to tasks or projects.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and soft skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition, People teams, and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire stellar candidates.
  • Meets with and works closely with the hiring managers to get insight on their recruiting needs and obtain feedback on candidates.
  • Provides an organized, comprehensive, and overall incredible candidate interviewing experience.
  • Uses LinkedIn and other tools to proactively engage passive and active candidates.
  • Sources, screens, and coordinates interviews between the candidate and hiring team.
  • Helps track recruiting funnel metrics.
  • Completes and submits candidate interviews via Greenhouse and reminds hiring team to complete notes as well in a timely manner.
  • Attends recruiting events to meet and engage candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
