Hut 8 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Recruiter to join our People Operations Department, focused on building Hut 8's next generation of talent through Emerging Talent Hiring. The Associate, Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for interns, entry-level and new graduate roles — from identifying high-potential candidates at universities and colleges to facilitating successful hires. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting emerging professionals with exciting career opportunities at one of the most innovative companies in the technology and energy space. In addition, as the dedicated recruiter for our New Graduate Hires team, you will own and manage Hut 8's university recruiting program, including building relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations at target schools. Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus and virtual career fairs, hackathons, case competitions, and other campus recruiting events. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract top graduating talent across engineering, computer science, finance, and other relevant disciplines. Partner with hiring managers to define entry-level role requirements and build structured internship-to-full-time pipelines. Track and analyze campus recruiting metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness and expand Hut 8's campus presence.
