Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
0 to 2 years of experience using 3D CAD and programming tools such as UG NX, SolidWorks or Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail focused approach
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats

Responsibilities

Supporting the research, design and testing of medical devices within our orthopedic portfolio
Preoperatively planning surgical cases for knee, hip and shoulder replacement procedures
Working directly with orthopedic surgeons and sales partners to support clinical and technical needs
Collaborating closely with Preoperative Planning and Robotics teams on assigned projects
Contributing to new product development, product enhancements and product line extensions
Identifying and recommending improvements to design, manufacturing and evaluation processes
Participating in project and departmental meetings to support delivery of objectives
