In this key role, you will analyze bid specifications, prepare competitive project quotes, and organize vital submittal data to deliver an exceptional customer experience. CHC is hiring an Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator!
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Strong critical thinking
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in arithmetic operations
- Ability to read construction plans/specifications for mechanical and plumbing equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong time management ability.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or estimating tools is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Review mechanical/plumbing plans, perform equipment take-offs, extract bid documents from electronic exchanges, and prepare competitive project quotes.
- Partner closely with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development teams to align with regional sales strategies.
- Prepare, update, and deliver accurate product submittal documentation to customers, keeping organized master job files.
- Maintain clear communication and provide top-tier support to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
