This position provides Engineering support within the Quality team.
Requirements
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Quality Assurance and/or Business
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Powerpoint/Word/Excel).
Responsibilities
Quality Problem Solving: Containment of WIP and Stock, root cause of investigation, processing of defective product. Defect verification, DMR initiation and review. Communication with department supervisors about escapes.
Floor Support Team II QA Member: Support team with work on quality, scrap, cost reduction and improvement projects. Daily QA support for manufacturing area.
MRB Level II Management: Review and disposition of MRB product.
Data Analyst: Monthly update of Metrics Board, monthly reporting on customer claims and returns. General requests for data pertaining to product quality (as needed). Report on QA action for team meetings.
