About The Position

Boeing Distribution, Inc. (Boeing Global Services - Distribution Business) is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to join their team in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding customer quality metrics to maintain preferred supplier status. The engineer will conduct customer quality reviews, lead technical calls with suppliers, and collaborate internally with supply chain and externally with customers on supplier management and work transfer processes. They will also drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with all parties, address non-conforming events, manage RMA products, submit documents for MRB approval, and write quality plans for customer products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related field of study
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
• 1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
• Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
• Must meet export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

• Leading technical calls with suppliers.

• Addressing non-conforming events.
• Working with customers on RMA products and submitting documents for MRB approval.
• Writing quality plans for customer products.
