Associate Quality Assurance Inspector
About The Position
Responsible for inspecting highly complex mechanical and electrical parts and providing technical responses and investigations. This role involves generating inspection reports, reading various technical documents such as parts lists, manufacturing drawings, inspection instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering change notices. The position requires the use of basic measurement equipment like calipers, micrometers, and pin gages, and adherence to quality policies and procedures. Additionally, the role includes performing simple MRP transactions related to QA and inspecting simple electrical and mechanical parts and assemblies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Up to one year of related Quality Assurance experience required
- Must be able to obtain a valid IPC-STD-001 or PC-A-610 certification upon hiring.
- General working knowledge of using a computer PC (knowledge of Microsoft Office applications highly desirable).
Nice To Haves
- A technical Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
