The Associate Property Manager ensures superior cleanliness and aesthetics in housekeeping and groundskeeping of all facilities and grounds in accordance with Association standards. This role completes scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance work orders, troubleshoots and corrects maintenance-related problems, and provides program area set-ups and breakdowns. The position is responsible for material handling and inventory, assists with preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment, and follows all Association and departmental safety procedures. The Associate Property Manager must be able to supervise and work with a cross-section of staff, volunteers, and community service workers, ensuring a safe and clean environment for staff and customers. They will also be responsible for emergency spill and Blood Borne Pathogen clean-up, serve as primary backup in the absence of the Building & Property Manager, and maintain education/knowledge to ensure facility compliance with current city, state, and local safety, maintenance, and custodial requirements. Additionally, this role assists in keeping accurate Maintenance Department logs and records and ensures all Association vehicles are well maintained and inspected.
