About The Position

The PROPEL program is a 12-month professional development experience for recent graduates, designed to provide training, practical experience, and a pathway toward a full-time role in Cisco’s Recurring Revenue Acceleration (RRA) organization. The program begins with six weeks of immersive onboarding, followed by two rotations within RRA. The first rotation is in a quota-carrying Renewals Manager or Renewals Specialist role; the second rotation may be quota-carrying or non-quota-carrying and may involve areas such as Go to Market, Strategy, Enablement, or Operations. The posting describes a six-month duration for each rotation, although its listed milestones place Rotation 1 in months 2–7 and Rotation 2 in months 8–12. Associates join a cohort of early-career talent and collaborate with associates, mentors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. They learn about Cisco’s LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) model and gain experience with the tools and technologies used by Cisco’s customer success organization. The work supports the renewal lifecycle, including identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing data, improving processes with AI-driven insights, and connecting sales and delivery to support partners and customers. Associates also build internal networks and contribute to improving tools and strategies. After the program, Cisco describes a dedicated pathway toward transition into a full-time RRA role; the posting notes that the exact role advertised may not be open currently and that a Cisco representative may contact applicants if a relevant position becomes available.
