Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager coordinating projects and assisting construction projects of increasing complexity required.
  • A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject
  • Willingness to work toward CAPM, PMP or P.Eng
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & MSProject or P6.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual with English and French is an asset or may be a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project initiation, client onboarding, and document management.
  • Help with design, construction processes, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Coordinate project meetings.
  • Assist in procuring consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with document controls, manage invoices, and provide project reports.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and contractors to achieve project goals. Foster effective teamwork.
