Associate Project Manager

Stitch Consulting Services, Inc.•Indianapolis, IN
•$65,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada, and our home base is the Bottleworks District in downtown Indy. We're actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We're looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge. As an Associate Project Manager, you'll join our delivery team and help keep client engagements organized, on track, and moving forward. You'll support experienced Project Managers and work alongside Solution Architects, Technical Producers, and Marketing Strategists on accounts for Fortune 1000 brands. You'll become an expert in Stitch's PMO standards and practices, and you'll help make sure client teams follow them to a tee. You'll start by supporting projects and take on more ownership as your skills and confidence grow. This is the first rung on our PM ladder, and we're serious about helping you climb it. Please note: We are targeting Indianapolis locals for this role. We’d expect these candidates to follow a hybrid schedule, so expect to commute into our Bottleworks office a couple of days a week. That's where a lot of the best learning happens: overheard problem-solving, quick whiteboard sessions, and teammates who can answer your question in thirty seconds instead of three Slack threads. Additionally, we are targeting a base salary of $65,000 for this role, and a November 9th start!

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of project management experience preferred, in any industry. We're open to candidates at all experience levels who bring the right mindset.
  • Some customer-facing or client-serving experience: retail, hospitality, account management, services, you name it. You know what it means to be accountable to someone else's needs.
  • No martech or consulting background needed. If you have exposure to either, consider it a bonus.
  • Some familiarity with PM tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
  • A passion for AI tools like Claude or Gemini is a plus.
  • Based in Indianapolis (or willing to relocate before your start date) and up for commuting into our downtown office a couple of days a week.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
