About The Position

Automated Logic (ALC), a Carrier Global Corporation business, is hiring an Associate Project Manager to take responsibility for aspects of commercial installation projects in a building solutions environment. The role works closely with subcontractors and cross-functional teams, independently manages smaller projects, and assists Project Managers on larger projects. This is a hybrid role servicing data center and other projects for major clients in Colorado and Wyoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience assisting and participating in projects.

• PMP certification.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work and blueprints.
• Knowledge of project financial reporting.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in managing multiple projects and following project processes.
• Complete projects in accordance with contractual requirements, within budget and on time, while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
• Assist with managing and tracking project financial performance, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and re-estimating installation costs.
• Participate in delivering the contracted scope and secure change orders when scope creep occurs.
• Coordinate project materials, use shared resources, identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, identify issues, and take corrective action to resolve them.
