Now, we’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and support the expansion and ongoing operations of showrooms across North America.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or retail development
Proven track record of managing complex timelines and cross-functional coordination
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay proactive with remote work
A problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset: anticipating needs and acting ahead of time
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
Willingness to travel domestically
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle for showroom openings: from planning and procurement to on-site execution and final handoff
Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely buildouts
Act as the go-to problem solver for maintenance or operational issues at current showrooms, ensuring minimal disruption to sales teams
Conduct site visits to audit progress, uphold brand standards, and maintain quality control across locations
Track and maintain SOPs, vendor/contractor performance, and showroom KPIs
Analyze processes and identify cost-saving strategies and scalable solutions to improve overall efficiency
Review and manage contractor reimbursements, vendor receipts, and supply purchasing
Assist the Manager with large-scale strategic projects, while independently owning smaller initiatives
