About The Position

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager specializing in commercial construction to join their Project and Development Services team. This role involves supporting and managing challenging construction projects, requiring continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies. The Associate Project Manager will interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage project documentation, track RFPs, conduct meetings, and develop project scope and schedule. A strong understanding of the construction and/or architectural industry is essential for supporting the team in delivering impactful projects. The role emphasizes creating an energized and collaborative environment, focusing on project delivery and client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of delivering consistent, timely, high-quality work in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include managing minor renovation projects and assisting in the management of projects of varying sizes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in architecture, construction management, business, accounting, engineering, or real estate (PREFERRED).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, related to project or construction management.
  • Commercial construction project management experience (PREFERRED).
  • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools.
  • Ability to continually seek opportunities to develop skillset in technology.
  • Ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
