About The Position

This role is for an Associate Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM) who will be responsible for conducting market, demographic, economic, and financial data collection and analysis for a wide range of real estate product types, geographies, and client types. The APM will assist in financial modeling and the creation of client-facing materials. The PM will manage multi-phase projects from strategy development to implementation, perform detailed analysis, synthesize information into client-facing materials, contribute to business development, and support internal firm functions. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and operates under a hybrid work policy.

Requirements

  • Facility with Office 365 (including Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
  • GIS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in appropriate fields (business, finance, public policy, real estate)
  • 2-3 years experience in real estate-related position (for APM role)
  • 3-5 years experience in real estate-related position (for PM role)
  • High level of integrity
