The Project Manager supports and exercises functional authority over all activities associated with contract negotiations, execution and administration, and construction management for various projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, generation additions and upgrades, electric vehicle infrastructure, energy storage, decommissioning, environmental, communications, facilities, asset acquisitions, and new technology. The role involves administering associated contracts, managing internal resources, contractors, and consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and holding fiscal responsibility for all project costs. This position is also responsible for maintaining key business, public, and stakeholder relationships. The Project Manager oversees project due diligence, project supplies, and contractor labor, and coordinates the timely completion of project tasks such as permitting requirements, regulatory approvals, safety and environmental compliance, contract administration, contractor and consultant management, maintaining project schedules and financials, technical review of equipment and project plans, and managing relationships with governmental personnel and landowners.
