About The Position

Pulley is hiring an Associate Project Manager, Permitting, who must be located in Indiana. The role supports the in-house permitting team in delivering fast, reliable permitting outcomes for customers. The Associate Project Manager assists lead project managers, conducts accurate permit research, helps prepare permit plans, communicates with city staff about nuances and ambiguities, and monitors permit status to ensure timely responses. The role also provides feedback to product and engineering teams to help refine Pulley's software platform and works with permitting leadership to improve standard operating procedures.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in architecture, ideally with hands-on experience in construction documentation, permitting, and project coordination.
Direct experience preparing, submitting, and obtaining building permits.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documents, and the building permitting process.
Ability to independently research permit requirements with a high degree of accuracy.
Comfort communicating with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving ability and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be located in Indiana.
