The Associate Project Manager, Permitting supports the in-house permitting team in delivering reliable outcomes for customers. The role is based in Colorado, and candidates must be located there.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in architecture, ideally including hands-on construction documentation, permitting, and project coordination.
Direct experience preparing, submitting, and obtaining building permits.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documents, and the building permitting process.
Ability to independently research permit requirements accurately.
Comfort communicating with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
