About The Position
Pulley is hiring an Associate Project Manager, Permitting, located in Illinois. The role supports the in-house permitting team in delivering fast, reliable permitting outcomes for customers. The Associate Project Manager will assist lead project managers, research permit requirements, prepare permit plans, coordinate with city staff, monitor application status, and contribute feedback to Pulley’s software and operating procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in architecture, ideally including hands-on construction documentation, permitting, and project coordination.
- Direct experience preparing, submitting, and obtaining building permits.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documents, and the building permitting process.
- Ability to independently research permit requirements accurately.
- Comfort communicating with city staff and navigating administrative processes.
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in Illinois.
