As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the execution of commercialization projects that bring new and improved products to market. You’ll work closely with R&D, operations, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Roskam’s standards of quality and efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in project management and the product commercialization process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong interest in project management and commercialization processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end management of commercialization projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or the Director of Commercialization.
Assist in developing project plans and timelines using established templates and tools.
Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and the completion of Stage Gate documentation.
Track project milestones, flag risks, and assist in developing contingency plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for quality, cost, and timing.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by capturing learnings and proposing process enhancements.
Maintain clear and proactive communication across departments.
Other duties as assigned.
