About The Position
The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine is seeking a full-time, non-tenure stream faculty member for the Department of Prosthodontics. The faculty rank will be Associate or Assistant Professor, determined by experience and qualifications. This role involves teaching dental students in didactic, preclinical, and clinical settings, engaging in scholarly activities, and providing service. The position offers the opportunity to participate in the University Dental Health Services faculty practice. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited school
- Additional certification of advanced postgraduate residency training in Prosthodontic dentistry
- Eligibility for a Pennsylvania dental license
- Interest in teaching and mentoring predoctoral students
