The Doctorate of Educational Leadership Program at Merrimack College is seeking an open-rank, non-tenure track, 12-month faculty member to begin in Fall 2026. This position requires an earned doctorate in education or a related field, along with experience as a graduate faculty member and a leader in a P-12 educational context. The faculty member will teach 5 courses across fall, spring, and summer semesters, serve as an academic advisor, sit on dissertation committees, participate in four annual residencies, and contribute to the EdD program, the School of Education and Social Policy, and Merrimack College. The EdD program is designed for experienced professionals, focusing on transformative leadership in a flexible, online format with three concentrations. Teaching is primarily asynchronous online, with up to four hours of synchronous virtual instruction per course. Responsibilities include teaching, advising, mentoring, supervision of graduate students, attending faculty meetings, participating in residencies, and other duties assigned by the Program Director and Dean.
