About The Position

The Department of Marketing at Louisiana State University seeks an Associate Professor or Full Professor to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct scholarly research with the expectation of publication in top marketing journals, serve on dissertation committees, and provide service to the University and the profession. Scholars from all areas of marketing are encouraged to apply. A candidate hired with tenure will be considered for the Ourso Distinguished Chair in Marketing.

The department describes its faculty as collegial and its environment as supportive of scholarly research. Requirements

• PhD in Marketing or a related field.
• Associate Professor applicants must hold the title of Associate Professor at another university.
• Full Professor applicants must hold the title of Full Professor at another university.
• Valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
