Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to start a career in compliance and quality assurance? We are seeking an Associate Professional, Quality Management to join our compliance organization, supporting our Credit business. In this role, you will help monitor quality levels for credit-related regulatory and procedural processes. You do not need to be an advanced Excel expert or have a specialized college degree to apply—we provide the training, pre-built tracking tools, and hands-on support to help you succeed!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required plus 2 years minimum of complimentary experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for spotting basic discrepancies and following step-by-step instructions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities to document results and work collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using standard office software and basic spreadsheets (extensive or expert Excel knowledge is not required; we will train you!).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Testing: Execute monthly test scripts and follow structured assessment procedures.
  • Track & Record: Record test results accurately, maintain quality databases, and manage tracking systems to ensure pristine record-keeping.
  • Identify Trends: Support the analysis of quality data and performance metrics to help spot basic trends, anomalies, and potential defects.
  • Support Investigations: Assist senior team members and team leads in identifying defects and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Document Processes: Help document quality assurance processes, test results, and compliance reports following established team guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team projects designed to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
