We’re looking for a Systems Solutions Specialist who thrives on translating complex business needs into elegant technical realities. In this role, you aren’t just a spectator; you are the connective tissue between our front-end teams and the technical engine room. You’ll be the translator for our user community, the architect of our standard operating procedures, and the tactical expert who ensures our systems don't just work—they excel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience where you’ve mastered the art of system-to-business alignment.
• BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MSSQL.
• You can explain a technical "why" to a non-technical "who" with ease and precision.
• You have the project management chops to drive a solution from the initial "problem" stage all the way through testing and implementation.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, research alternatives, gain consensus, and deliver.
• Documenting a new training procedure or resolving a critical system bottleneck.
• Ensuring customer processes run smoothly and applications remain world-class.
