Department Context: The mission of the Corporate Information Technologies Department (CIT) is to leverage technology to enable IFC’s strategic priorities and to support IFC’s business and operations. By acting as the technology partner and business enabler, the department provides state-of-art information and technology solutions to support IFC’s Investment & Advisory Services, Financial Operations, Treasury & the Asset Management Company. We work closely with the business to design solutions that automate business processes, help enable business responsiveness to clients, improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness, and manage risks. CIT aims to ensure that our solutions meet the business needs of users across a range of functions, including operations and corporate business processes, information, knowledge and learning, data and analytics, and more.

Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce experience working in the Financial Services industry.
SAFe Product Owner certification
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is required
Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud is required
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is required
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (objects, workflows, integrations)
Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs (e.g., CRM implementation)
Demonstrated track record as a Product Owner delivering complex digital products within an Agile environment.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, disciplines, cultures, and institutional boundaries.
Responsibly leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, learning, and decision-making.
Bring experience working in fragile, conflict-affected, and violent (FCV) contexts and are encouraged to highlight relevant experience in their application materials, where applicable.

Responsibilities

In coordination with the Product Manager, continuously evolve the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the Bank Group’s institutional and IT strategic priorities.
Evaluate Salesforce capabilities (standard vs custom) to ensure optimal design choices
Translate business and stakeholder needs into a well-prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the principal point of accountability for product decisions, balancing stakeholder demands, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
Support in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospectives), ensuring the development team has clear, actionable guidance.
Review and formally accept completed work against defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Establish and track product success metrics (adoption, performance, user satisfaction, business value realized); use data to inform ongoing prioritization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors, client departments, and senior stakeholders across the institution.
Manage trade-offs between scope, time, and resources; communicate impacts transparently to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, UX, and QA functions to ensure the product is secure, scalable, and aligned with WBG technology standards.
