About The Position

Agile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer. Defines system features and participates in validation. Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART). Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies. The incumbent provides expert content/professional leadership on complex assignments/projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex assignments.

Requirements

3 days a week from Plano, Texas
Proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve complex business and technical challenges.
Experience within the healthcare industry is required.
Strong background in Agile Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and iterative product delivery.
Demonstrated ability to serve as the voice of the customer.
Strong experience validating product functionality through testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and product risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical feasibility.
Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary.
Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.
Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary.
Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary.
Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary.
Ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary (for positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance).
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required (for positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, as driving is an essential job function).
