About The Position

The US Product Marketing Manager - TAVI, will lead downstream marketing efforts while maintaining US product expertise for TAVI products, including market sizes/trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance/benefits/weaknesses/positioning. This position is located in Plymouth, MN.

Requirements

  • Prior marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related marketing or product management experience, preferably in TAVI/TAVR. MBA with 1+ years of related experience is also considered.
  • Relevant downstream marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
  • Able to understand technical and scientific information.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced working environment.
  • Substantial financial skills, market analysis, and advanced communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for TAVI and related disease states, including launching new products.
  • Work closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of US strategy implementation, including digital strategy and channel execution.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies, including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.
  • Manage field device demo needs, tracking sales & patient resource utilization, and working with the communications manager to manage promotional collateral.
  • Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.
  • Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.
  • Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for TAVR products.
  • Be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.
