Requirements

2+ years' experience in information systems and/or transportation operations and/or finance, required.
Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The Company does not sponsor employment visas.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with product lifecycles preferred.
Previous experience using data analytical tools and understanding of key metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development the overall lifecycle of in-house products from concept to end-of-life.
Collaborate with business process/product owners to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy.
Establish roadmap for assigned product(s) that prioritizes features and functionality based on product owner objectives and feedback.
Oversee product(s) progress through iterations or releases, ensuring that it meets internal product owner and end user needs.
Provide technical guidance to IT developers working on product iterations, improvements and updates to keep the product competitive and valuable.
Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap.
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
Work closely with design / technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions.
Use internal data tools to evaluate success and impact to critical metrics.
Review and accept completed user stories.
Coordinate communications and facilitate resolution of risks, issues and changes tied to product backlog.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
