About The Position

The Associate Product Manager at Uline owns an assigned product category from the company’s catalog of business support products, manages vendor relationships, and guides Product Management Analysts. The role supports new product development through research and sourcing, builds vendor partnerships, and works with Creative and Purchasing teams on catalog and digital strategies. It contributes to company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy, while mentoring analysts and tracking industry trends through vendor visits and trade shows. The position is based on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and requires travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Availability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned product category from Uline’s catalog of business support products.
• Research and source new products and vendors to support new product development.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay informed about industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations and build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams to develop catalog and digital strategies.
• Contribute to increased company profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts and foster their growth.
