About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join our Enabling Technology Spine marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will develop and lead the downstream solutions for Stealth Axis Spine with a focus on marketing material creation, highlighting the technological and clinical benefits of this exciting product. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to the strategic direction for your portfolio, working to achieve revenue and profitability targets, and planning and executing marketing campaigns. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience

  • Knowledge in Spine alignment and implant hardware planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead Downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
  • Partner closely with clinical, health economics and reimbursement partners to develop critical marketing materials for sales execution.
  • Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.
  • Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.
  • Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.
  • Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.
  • Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations).
  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team, as well as our International business partners.
