About The Position

The Associate Product Manager partners closely with Product Managers to drive product strategy and support the full product lifecycle of a global product portfolio. This role is ideal for an analytical business professional who enjoys optimizing product performance, improving profitability, and collaborating across multiple functions to drive business results. The Associate Product Manager works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional partners to support customer needs, improve portfolio performance, and execute strategic product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related business, engineering, or analytical role.
  • Experience supporting products throughout the product lifecycle, including portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, or new product introduction activities.
  • Experience analyzing product performance, profitability, pricing, forecasting, or market data to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, connectivity, networking, cabling, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience with SKU management, distributor relationships, contract manufacturing, or product development processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Strategy and Business Growth by partnering with Product Managers to execute portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle Activities including product launches, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and end-of-life planning.
  • Analyze Portfolio Performance by evaluating sales, profitability, pricing, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve business results.
  • Drive Portfolio Optimization by identifying SKU rationalization, product mix, and margin improvement opportunities that enhance portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners to execute product initiatives and support customer needs.
  • Support Commercial Excellence through pricing, forecasting, distributor programs, inventory planning, and business analysis.
  • Deliver Market and Customer Insights by evaluating customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support New Product Introductions by partnering with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and commercialize new products.
