As an Associate Product Manager at Novonesis, you will join a team of experienced Product Managers responsible for managing product portfolios that support customers and operations around the world. The Role & Your Impact As Associate Product Manager, you will independently manage defined areas of a global product portfolio while partnering closely with Product Managers and cross-functional Product Management Teams. This is a globally focused role with a strong emphasis on execution, coordination, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. You will help ensure portfolio activities are completed efficiently while supporting commercial, operational, quality, and regulatory objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another relevant technical or commercial discipline.
  • Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with data.
  • Experience preparing business analyses, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Structured and dependable approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to build alignment and influence through facts, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures and matrix organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience gained through internships, graduate programs, or rotational assignments in relevant business functions.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management processes and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems.
  • Curiosity for complex business challenges and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Experience working in global organizations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Product Managers, sales teams, key accounts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, resolve product-related challenges, and support portfolio priorities.
  • Serving as the primary contact for North American regional matters, including production-related cases, while ensuring visibility through Salesforce case management.
  • Coordinating defined Product Management Team activities and helping facilitate PMT meetings across multiple functions and regions.
  • Following up on actions and coordinating inputs from Supply & Planning, Product Support, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development & Application, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with and occasionally leading PMT meetings, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and supporting continuous improvement of product management processes and ways of working.
  • Escalating risks, issues, and decisions outside the agreed mandate to the Product Manager or Head of Product Management when appropriate.

  • Base Salary : $80,000-$110,000 based on experience
