Requirements

  • 1-2 years of product management and/or engineering/technical experience is required.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product data and make recommendations.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Effective communicator with very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer problems and market opportunities.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, creating detailed user stories, content creation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams and sales to facilitate the development process and ensure alignment to business goals.
  • Help the Product Manager define product strategy, roadmap, and launch plans and execute product lifecycle management.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to provide recommendations for product improvements.
