Our Single-Use Flexible Solutions Business Unit, part of the Single-Use Division, delivers cutting-edge technologies that help customers accelerate biologics manufacturing with greater speed, agility, and confidence. Our innovative single-use solutions enhance flexibility across upstream and downstream operations, enabling more dynamic, efficient workflows. With a portfolio of highly configurable Bioprocess Containers (BPCs) and advanced fluid transfer assemblies, we empower manufacturers to streamline operations, strengthen process reliability, and minimize particulate risk-driving performance from development through commercial production. The Associate Product Manager will play a meaningful part in shaping and advancing global product strategies that accelerate growth across our full portfolio. What will you do? Support and collaborate with Product Managers to drive cost saving initiatives forward Drive projects to successful completion, both independently and in cross-functional collaboration Assist in strategic initiatives across the existing portfolios and NPIs to accelerate revenue growth and enhance overall profitability Partner with Product Managers to execute successful product launches Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives Report on progress of initiatives, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: 2+ years of Project Management, Product Management, or Quality experience in the life sciences industry Bioproduction industry experience preferred Strong project management skills Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g. change control) preferred Experience working with customers and commercial teams strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Shown ability to work independently as well and effectively across functions Commitment to maintaining a quality-focused culture and driving continuous improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail Must work well with others – inspires trust and open communication amongst team members and peers. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $92,000.00–$137,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2+ years of Project Management, Product Management, or Quality experience in the life sciences industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g. change control) preferred
  • Experience working with customers and commercial teams strongly preferred
  • Shown ability to work independently as well and effectively across functions
