About The Position

This role is part of the 2027 Launch Program, offering an opportunity to onboard into a full-time role at Red Ventures in a cohort-style environment. The program provides in-depth training on Red Ventures' beliefs, culture, business model, and leadership. The initial weeks involve training with a cohort of new employees, forming a support system. After onboarding, participants join their respective teams, meet managers and mentors, and find opportunities for impact and career advancement. As an Associate AI Product Manager within RVGT (Red Ventures Growth and Transformation), you will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and business strategy. RVGT partners with Fortune 500 companies to drive growth across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. The teams build and operate products and systems that power the Growth Operating System, utilizing proprietary data, AI agents, reusable workflows, and personalized customer experiences. Successful AI Product Managers are builders and operators, combining analytical thinking, AI fluency, product judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset to create working products that solve business and customer problems. In the first two years, you will gain experience across the full product lifecycle, from understanding problems and designing solutions to building, deploying, measuring, and improving them. You will work hands-on with data, code, and agents, collaborating with teammates to deliver outcomes, and develop judgment for making product and business decisions in ambiguous environments, along with communication skills for influencing direction.
