About The Position
As the Associate Product Engineer, you will work as a member of the product development team, responsible for the testing & qualification of Trane Commercial HVAC products, including components, systems and subsystems. Participation as an active member of the product development team. Work with design engineers to help drive projects to completion. Assist with deviation approvals. Work with production lines to assist with communicating design intent. Coordination and scheduling of prototype builds and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 2-years of engineering or product design experience is a plus.
- Experience with solid modeling design package (such as CREO) a plus.
- Problem assessment; analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented individual with emphasis on achieving overall team performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
