Assists managers and employees in creating and implementing process and systems improvement (Lean Healthcare). Assists in developing measurement tools to determine efficacy. Facilitates, advises others regarding process and systems improvement. Requires a willing learner who can readily assimilate new technologies and ideas, manage learning and change, and create a vision for a high performance, team-based organization. Requirements

• 1 year in a healthcare based position where lean and six sigma are being used.
• Past experience or training in Lean or Six Sigma.
• The candidate should have created real results from real projects in the past.
• Strong computer skills required with experience in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within a healthcare setting.
