About The Position
Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collection®, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ as part of our Production Team. The Job Purpose is to set up and operate a single person printing press machine to produce customized greeting card orders while achieving acceptable production and quality levels.
Requirements
- No Experience Necessary - Paid Training
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand and eye coordination is a must
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime hours including weekends essential
Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures for printing our products
- Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals
- Adhere to safety procedures while operating printing press
- Perform other duties as assigned
