About The Position

We are looking for a Power BI Specialist who builds and delivers high-impact analytics solutions for our global clients. He or She develops modern, AI-augmented dashboards and data models on Microsoft Fabric/Power BI and other leading platforms, while supporting migrations from legacy BI platforms and embedding Conversational AI (e.g., Power BI Copilot, Google Gemini) and Agentic AI (e.g., Fabric Data Agents) capabilities into analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and data products aligned to client business requirements and data governance standards.
  • Engineer semantic models (e.g., Fabric/Power BI, Looker) and data transformations & calculations (e.g., Power Query, DAX, LookML).
  • Develop Dataflows, Lakehouses, and Warehouse objects to support AI & analytics layers within Microsoft Fabric and other data platforms.
  • Implement Conversational AI (e.g., Power BI Copilot, Google Gemini) to enable governed self-service analysis and data discovery.
  • Build and configure AI agents (e.g., Fabric Data Agents) to enable autonomous data monitoring, alerts, and actions across the enterprise.
  • Support migration assessments and strategic roadmap design from legacy BI platforms (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, SSRS) to modern AI-enabled architectures (e.g., Fabric/Power BI, GCP/Looker).
  • Implement BI governance frameworks covering data lineage, data security, lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, & other factors.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams to ensure semantic model alignment to upstream data assets.
  • Engage in client workshops to define requirements and align solution design with measurable outcomes.
