This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who will provide support and expertise to several sales teams within the Real Estate industry, in developing, administering and maintaining a portfolio with primarily complex companies (public and private) with loans and/or deposits generally over $10,000,000. Reporting to Director, Portfolio Management in Real Estate, you will focus primarily on providing credit assessment, risk analysis, account maintenance and assist with achieving profitable growth while ensuring optimum customer service is provided. In return, you will be exposed to a development plan where you will hone your technical and relationship management skills in Real Estate Lending. In addition to spending time on various sales desks, you will also have the opportunity to engage with internal partners such as risk management, treasury, financial markets, payment solutions, advisory services, documentation and also administration.
