About The Position

The Associate, Regional Planner supports the planning team with the data, reporting, and system work that keeps the regional planning process running. This is a foundational planning role for someone who wants to build a career in retail financial planning — you will develop a strong understanding of OTB mechanics, inventory management, and channel planning through hands-on work with the Manager and Director. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail or wholesale planning, finance, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills— comfortable working with large, complex data sets accurately
  • Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling
  • Detail-orientation and organization — take ownership of data quality and planning calendar deadlines
  • Curiosity about the business — you want to understand how financial planning decisions affect inventory and sell-through outcomes
  • Clear communication — escalate issues and questions promptly and professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or early career exposure to retail planning or financial analysis preferred

Responsibilities

  • Planning data entry and system maintenance — keep OTB files, allocation inputs, and planning trackers current and accurate
  • Weekly report support — pull and format sell-through, inventory, and OTB data for Manager review
  • Allocation input support — prepare allocation proposals under Manager direction and process approved allocations
  • Replenishment tracking — monitor replenishment triggers and document execution for assigned doors or channels
  • Wholesale and franchise order tracking support — maintain order logs and flags discrepancies to Manager
  • Ad hoc analysis and data support for Manager and Director
