About The Position
Increasing demands have initiated recruitment efforts to add another associate physician to our Hematology Oncology team. You will work alongside 2 other Hem/Onc physicians, an oncology midlevel provider, and experienced support staff. Our services include blood and platelet transfusions, blood draws, hydration therapy, injections, and traditional intravenous chemotherapy infusions. The office operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and is conveniently located on the hospital campus. The call schedule is 1:3.
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Licensed to practice medicine
- Board certified or eligible in Hematology Oncology
Responsibilities
- Provide blood and platelet transfusions
- Perform blood draws
- Administer hydration therapy
- Give injections
- Administer traditional intravenous chemotherapy infusions
