Interventional Cardiology Job Near Myrtle Beach, SC
About The Position
Cardiology practice seeks another interventional cardiologist to join their team. The practice services over 200,000 residents and is located near Myrtle Beach, SC. The new physician will work alongside 3 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Non-Invasive Cardiologist, 1 EP, and 5 APP's. The schedule is 4.5 days with a half day for administrative tasks. There is a significant patient wait time of 4-6 weeks for new patients, indicating a strong need for additional physician support. The practice is equipped to perform various procedures including Angioplasties, Coronary Angiograms, Peripheral Angiograms, Stents, Echocardiograms, EKGs, and Nuclear Lab Studies. The hospital offers comprehensive services including a 24-hour ER, surgical services, a birthing center, ICU, cancer center, and advanced diagnostic imaging.
Requirements
- Board certified or eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
- Ability to perform Angioplasties, Coronary Angiograms, Peripheral Angiograms, Stents, Echocardiograms, EKGs, and Nuclear Lab Studies
