The Associate, Performance Creative supports the development of acquisition, engagement, and retention assets across Fanatics’ Casino and Sportsbook businesses as part of the GTM & Performance Creative team. This role plays a key part in building high-quality, performance-driven creative across paid media, lifecycle, and partner channels. The Associate helps operationalize creative production by coordinating cross-functional inputs, supporting agency comms and execution, and ensuring creative assets move efficiently from briefing through launch.
