About The Position
The Associate Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This role acts as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. This entry-level role involves learning and gaining experience in all core front and back-office duties. Typically supports routine and basic healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operational excellence in support of Providence patients and their families. Requirements
- 6 months of Customer service-related experience.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months of Office experience, preferably in a medical office.
- Recent experience in the medical field.
- 6 months of Electronic Medical Record experience.
