About The Position

Linedata is expanding its Consultancy Group and is seeking a senior Associate Partner who brings deep buy-side expertise, trusted industry relationships, and the ability to both originate and deliver high-value consulting engagements. This is a senior leadership opportunity for experienced asset management and financial technology professionals who want to leverage their industry expertise, relationships, and commercial acumen to help grow Linedata’s Consultancy Group. Associate Partners combine their own market credibility and deep industry knowledge with Linedata’s global brand, established client base, consulting methodology, and broader Global Services capabilities to originate and deliver high-value consulting engagements. Associate Partners play a critical role in Linedata Consultancy Group’s hub-and-spoke model, extending both consulting delivery capacity and market reach. The role combines senior client delivery, business development, thought leadership, and strategic account growth. The Consultancy Group operates across five practice areas within Linedata Global Services: AI & Analytics, Middle & Back Office, Cloud & Technology, Cybersecurity Services, and Digital Transformation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience within asset management, hedge funds, financial technology, consulting, or related buy-side environments.
  • Previous experience as a COO, CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Operations, senior transformation leader, or senior consultant serving the investment management industry.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of Linedata Consultancy Group’s five practice areas: AI & Analytics, Middle & Back Office, Cloud & Technology, Cybersecurity Services, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong personal network of senior and C-suite contacts within asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, or other target organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trusted executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand those relationships.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex operational, technology, data, and transformation challenges.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating effectively with Linedata sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Strong commercial orientation with the ability to contribute to both client delivery and business growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous consulting or advisory experience.
  • Experience delivering outcome-based consulting engagements.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as operating-model design, fund accounting, middle- and back-office transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, cybersecurity, or AI/ML implementation within investment management.
  • Familiarity with Linedata’s client base, technology, services, or market positioning.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership within the investment management industry.
